Successful leaders are those who get work done through others.

Effective leaders articulate a vision of the future and enable others to achieve their work goals in pursuit of that future through competent management of people and resources. Leaders earn respect and build credibility when they demonstrate goodwill in the performance of their leadership role.

Dr. Green customizes learning and development programs to enable staff at all levels to become competent leaders who have a clear vision and practice goodwill. She enables them to shift from ideas to action, transferring sound management principles into daily, effective management practices.

Leadership development is the blending of multiple intelligences and perspectives about one’s self and others so one can foster work and create work settings for collaborative achievement of shared goals.

The learning programs range from executive presentations, half- to full-day workshops, and multi-day training events, to comprehensive leadership development programs that leverage formal instruction, coaching, mentoring, and action development plans.
