Dr. Green is a change management consultant who guides leaders tasked to orchestrate change at the team, unit, or organizational level. Leaders learn cutting-edge theory and employ best practices in change management. Consulting services range from workshops on change management, consultation with leaders on facilitation change, to more long-term, extensive change management initiatives.

Clients learn to anticipate and manage individual responses to change management, use collaborative change processes, and assign appropriate roles to key players involved in the change.

Dr. Green assists leaders in determining appropriate change strategies, processes, and timelines to facilitate organizational change. She shows leaders how to use change management strategies wisely to meet organizational goals.
