Heading: Executive Coaching
Dr. Green provides executive coaching for individuals and groups to improve or enhance leadership performance. Coaching contracts are between six and 16 sessions (depending on the development goals), are one hour in length, and alternate between in-person or by telephone.

A coaching contract consists of an intake interview with a key contact within the organization, followed by conversations with the client and the client’s manager. After agreement on the coaching goals, a development plan is identified and approved by all parties. Interim updates and a final development plan summary are presented to the client, client’s manager, and key contact.

The information shared in business coaching sessions is confidential, and is not discussed outside the client and coach relationship. The high level of trust allows for in-depth examination of particular situations, behaviors, or challenges facing an individual or group.
