Team building programs are designed to improve efficiencies and functioning of work groups and to support effective interpersonal dynamics of collaborating members within work groups.

Teams often experience performance difficulties for several reasons: lack of clear goals and responsibilities, ineffective or unarticulated reporting structures, or poor or non-existent communication methods.

Box: Team Building training

Team building programs consist of the following:
  • Consultations with the team’s leader.
  • A team survey to identify significant barriers hindering work.
  • Four facilitated sessions covering key topics of context, communication, change, and conflict management.
  • Post-survey to determine forward-moving actions and goals for the team.
